When You Are Charged
Your payment is authorised at the moment you place your order and captured once the order is accepted. If we are unable to accept your order, any authorised amount will be released back to your payment method. Prices shown at checkout include all applicable Canadian sales taxes where required.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around cardholder data in order to reduce card fraud. Our checkout is processed through Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
Your Payment Information
Your full card number is never accessible to us. When your purchase is completed, we are only able to see your billing information, shipping information, order details and the last 4 digits of your card.
We do not rent, sell or share your payment or personal information with anyone except as necessary to process your order. Our Privacy Policy sets out in detail how your personal information is collected and how it may be used.
Failed or Declined Payments
