Request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Keep the item unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and email info@lifttheearth.com first — we will send you a return shipping label. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Every listing carries the full dimensions and the material, so you can measure before you commit — worth doing, because decor almost always reads larger in a room than it does on a screen.

If you are still unsure, email us a photo of the space. We will tell you honestly whether we think it works.

Close, but screens vary and so does the light in your room — a warm bulb will pull a finish noticeably warmer than a daylight photo suggests. We describe the actual finish in words on every listing for exactly this reason.

If a piece arrives and the color is genuinely not what was described, that is a free return.
