Agreement
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to form a binding contract.

Products
We describe every item as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and finish. Screens vary and so does room lighting, so color on your display may differ from the item in person. We do not warrant that descriptions or images are entirely error-free.

Pricing and availability
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices and availability can change without notice.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it is confirmed. We will contact you first.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or stock we cannot source. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, layout, logos — is owned by Unity Commerce Global LLC or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other users.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unity Commerce Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
