You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Keep it unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and email info@lifttheearth.com to get started — we'll send you a return shipping label. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your lamp arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, email us right away at info@lifttheearth.com — and please don't use or repair a visibly damaged lamp. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Yes — cancelling is free as long as your order hasn't been dispatched. Email info@lifttheearth.com as soon as possible. Once the order is with the carrier, it's handled as a normal 30-day return.

Close, but screens vary and so does the light in your room - a warm bulb will pull a finish noticeably warmer than a daylight photo suggests. The written description on this page describes the actual finish.

If it arrives and the color is genuinely not what was described, that is a free return.
