Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days, and every order is tracked. Shipping is free over $50.

Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee, and we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.

Every listing carries the full dimensions and the material, so you can measure before you commit — worth doing, because decor almost always reads larger in a room than it does on a screen.

If you are still unsure, email us a photo of the space. We will tell you honestly whether we think it works.

Close, but screens vary and so does the light in your room — a warm bulb will pull a finish noticeably warmer than a daylight photo suggests. We describe the actual finish in words on every listing for exactly this reason.

If a piece arrives and the color is genuinely not what was described, that is a free return.
